How it works
We have a range of interactive programmes clinically-proven to help you or your child feel better, each one designed to work on a specific mental health or wellbeing issue.
They’re based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which helps you understand how thoughts, feelings and actions are linked. By recognising negative thinking, you can begin to make sense of overwhelming problems, rise to life’s challenges and feel better.
1Choose a programme, sign up and complete the questionnaires.
2Complete your programme at your own pace. Commit an hour a week for the best results. Divide the time into manageable slots to suit your own lifestyle and commitments. Use the exercises to apply what you are learning to your own life.
3You’ll receive 12 weeks of support from an online co-ordinator who will monitor your progress, guide you through the programme and provide fortnightly written feedback and advice via online message. It’s digital support, with a human touch.
