Space from Anxiety
This programme aims to help young people to manage anxiety, challenge anxious thoughts and feel better.
They can learn skills and strategies to tackle their anxiety now and in the future.
- Increase awareness of moods and anxious thoughts.
- Reduce avoidance, learn to face fears.
- Challenge anxious and negative thoughts.
- Develop coping skills.
Space from Anxiety consists of seven core modules. These can be completed in the young person's own time and at their own pace, over approximately seven weeks.
Each module contains text, video and audio clips, as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help them to gain control of their anxiety.
