The program showed me how making small changes could have a big impact on the quality of my sleep.

I didn’t know what to think when I came across SilverCloud. I wasn’t sure how an online program could make any difference. It’s hard to keep track of how much you’re drinking when every bottle has a different number of units. The drink diary has been really useful to figure out exactly what’s going on. I went to see my physician for a check-up. He told me that my blood pressure was too high. I needed to find a better way to deal with the stress in my life. A therapist also worked in the clinic and spoke to me about SilverCloud. I really didn’t see how it could help me. I didn’t go back for a while but then my stress levels got worse and I decided to give it another shot.

Welcome to SilverCloud Online CBT programmes.

We kindly request that you should only access this service if you meet the following criteria:

  • You must be 16 or over.
  • You must have mild – moderate levels of depression, anxiety or stress as this service is not suitable for moderate - severe symptoms.
  • You must have a GP in Wales or be a resident in Wales.

If the information you submit indicates that you do not meet the above criteria, you will be advised to get in touch with your local GP and be provided with other contact information and resources available to you.

You may be required to participate in a further telephone assessment to check your eligibility.
