Stress, inactivity, social isolation, money problems, poor health, lack of sleep or inability to cope with challenging experiences are only some of the factors affecting our overall wellbeing. Adult - Mental Health

Space from Depression
This programme will help you to manage the symptoms of depression, increase your motivation and begin to feel better.

Space from OCD
This programme will help you to understand and manage obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
- Learn to deal with intrusive negative thoughts and repetitive behaviours.
- Learn effective techniques to help respond to obsessional thoughts, without engaging in compulsive behaviour.

Space from Social Anxiety
This programme will help you to overcome the fear of social situations and worry less about what others may think of you.

This programme helps you achieve a sense of wellbeing and satisfaction, in all areas of your life.
- Enjoy physical, social, mental and emotional health.

Space for Sleep
This programme will teach you the skills for overcoming your sleep difficulties, allowing you to achieve better quality sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
- Understand the causes of poor sleep and how it can affect you.
- Accurately assess how you are currently sleeping and track your progress.
- Learn proven techniques for developing and maintaining a healthy sleep cycle.
Please note that if you are also experiencing symptoms of, or have a diagnosis of, depression or anxiety, it is recommended that you obtain treatment for these first, before treating sleep issues with this programme.

This program will help you to understand the relationship between money and your mental health.

Space for Perinatal Wellbeing
This programme will support you to manage the symptoms of worry and low mood during pregnancy and the first year of your child's life.
* Please note that we have open lines of communication with other healthcare professionals that are involved in your perinatal care. Information you share with us may be disclosed to these healthcare professionals to ensure you receive appropriate support. It is a requirement that you inform your GP, health visitor and/or midwife that you are engaging with our service, and to share those contact details with us if you begin the programme

Space From Alcohol
This programme will help you to explore your relationship with alcohol and build skills to make changes that feel right for you.

- Empowers you to make informed decisions about your alcohol consumption.

Space from Drug Use
This programme will help you better understand your relationship with substances and build skills to make changes that feel right for you.

- Learn ways to reduce the harm using drugs may be causing you.
- Learn how to identify and overcome obstacles you may encounter as you make as you make changes to your relationship with substances.
This programme is not intended for individuals who are heavy users of drugs and/or alcohol and those who inject.
